LT1 Side Post Battery Cables

I make these cables to replace the old and undersize cables that come on these cars. These cables will help with the starting and charging system, you will also notice brighter lights.

I make these cables using 1/0 gauge copper cable for the starter cable, and 2 gauge copper cable for the alternator and junction box, 1/0 gauge copper cable for the engine ground and 2 gauge for the body ground. Solid copper ends are soldered and crimped on for the best connection, then adhesive lined shrink is installed for protection. I then install flame retardant loom and battery and alternator boots. I supply new clamps for the starter cable to frame and new battery hardware.

I am now making the following upgraded cables for use with high output alternators: Power cables are 1/0 gauge alternator cable, 1/0 gauge starter cable, and 2 gauge fuse box cable. Ground cables are 1/0 gauge engine ground, 1/0 gauge body ground. Cable sets are complete with loom and hardware. This is a must if you are using a 200Amp or higher alternator.

LS1 Battery Cables

I make these cables using 2 gauge copper cable for the starter, alternator, fuse box and ground. Solid copper ends are soldered and crimped on for the best connection, then adhesive lined shrink is installed for protection. I then install flame retardant loom and battery and alternator boots. I supply new clamps for the cables to chassis and new battery hardware.

1982-84 Camaro Battery Cables

I make these cables using 1/0 gauge copper cable for the starter cable (32") long, and 2 gauge copper cable for the alternator (28") long. 11" 10 gauge wires going to the fan connector, 1/0 gauge copper cable for the engine ground (28") long and 2 gauge for the body ground (12") long. Solid copper ends are soldered and crimped on for the best connection, then adhesive lined shrink is installed for protection. I then install flame retardant loom and battery and alternator boots. I supply a new clamp for the starter cable to frame and new stainless steel battery hardware.

Please make sure your car has the extra power wires and connector like in the picture.

Available for: Camaro 1982-84 with a V8.

Solid copper ends are soldered and crimped on for the best connection, then adhesive lined shrink is installed for protection. I then install flame retardant loom and battery and alternator boots. I supply a new clamp for the starter cable to frame and new stainless steel battery hardware.

I make these cables using 1/0 gauge copper cable for the starter cable (32") long, and 2 gauge copper cable for the alternator (41") long. 15" 10 gauge wire to a female weatherpack connector and 16" 10 gauge wire with fuse holder with a male weatherpack connector. 1/0 gauge copper cable for the engine ground (29") long and 2 gauge for the body ground (13") long. Solid copper ends are soldered and crimped on for the best connection, then adhesive lined shrink is installed for protection. I then install flame retardant loom and battery and alternator boots. I supply a new clamp for the starter cable to frame and new stainless steel battery hardware.
