Battery Cables
I make these cables using 1/0 gauge copper cable for the starter
cable, and 2 gauge copper cable for the alternator and
fusebox, 1/0 gauge copper cable for the engine ground and 2 gauge for the body. Solid copper ends are soldered and crimped on for the best
connection, then adhesive lined shrink is installed for protection.
I then install flame retardant loom and boots for the battery and
alternator. I supply new clamps for the starter cable to frame and
new battery hardware.I add extra length to the starter cable for use with the Corvette starter.

Upgraded Battery Cables for High Output Alternators
I am now making the following upgraded cables for use with high output alternators: Power cables are 1/0 gauge alternator cable, 1/0 gauge starter cable, and 2 gauge fuse box cable. Ground cables are 1/0 gauge engine ground, 1/0 gauge body ground, and 2 gauge frame ground. Cable sets are complete with loom and hardware. This is a must if you are using a 200Amp or higher alternator. I add extra length to the starter cable for use with the Corvette starter.

Electric Water Pump Harness
This harness has a 40amp relay and a 15 amp resetable circuit
breaker. Connector to plug into the Meziere water pump, and connector
for fuse box connection. All terminals are crimped and soldered.
Wires are run through flame retardant loom for protection.
This is a plug and play harness, no holes to drill or wires to
cut.
This harness is for use with the Meziere electric water pump
with the black weatherpack connector.

Fan Relay Kit ( TSB )
I was asked to make this harness to help with the cars that have
melted the factory fan relay holder. There is a factory TSB on
ths 53-62-04, but the factory kit only comes with 1 relay to repair
the primary fan relay and you need to cut into the factory harness.
My harness replaces both the primary and secondary relays with
40amp relays. I use 12 gauge SXL wire for the power and grounds
for the fans, I also relocate the fan grounds to the same bolt
that the battery grounds to the fender to help insure a good ground.
This is a plugin harness with factory connectors.

2 Relay Headlight Harness
I make my headlight harness so you can upgrade your bulbs or
headlights without running the risk of burning up your factory
wiring or headlight switch.
My harness is a plug and play unit, no holes to drill or wires
to cut.
I use 10 gauge wire from the battery to the 30amp auto reset
circuit breaker and to the two 40amp relays. 12 gauge wire runs
from the relays to the headlight sockets, wire is run through
a flame retardant loom for protection. All connectors are crimped
and soldered. All power and ground wire attach to the battery
to get the best possible connections.
Available for headlights using 9004 or H4 bulbs.
All wire is SXL grade ,SAE J-1128, Relays are made in Germany
(will not work with wig-wags. See 4 Relay Harness.)

I make this harness with 4 relay's and 4 circuit breakers, This
is the top of the line harness for your car. This harness gives
each filament its own circuit.
This like my other harness is a plug and play unit, no wires
to cut or holes to drill.
I use 12 gauge wire from the battery to each 20amp circuit breaker,
and from each 40amp relay to the headlight plugs. Wire is run
inside a flame retardant loom for protection. All connections
are crimped and soldered. All power and ground wires attach to
the battery to get the best possible connections.

Amp Cable Kit
I have made a cable kit for anyone installing multiple amp in
the trunk.
All cables are made with 1/0 gauge copper cable and all ends
soldered and crimped with adhesive lined shrink installed for
protection.
The kit includes the following: negative cable battery to frame,
negative cable frame to distribution block, positive cable battery
to circuit breaker, and circuit breaker to distribution block,
150 amp circuit breaker, power distribution block with 6 outputs
for ground and power, two cable through the body adapter and hardware.
