1994-2005 Blazer & S-10 pickup (w/ V6 & pass side alternator) Battery Cables
I make these cables using 1/0 gauge copper cable for the starter cable, and 2 gauge copper cable for the alternator, junction box and jucntion box to fusebox, 1/0 gauge copper cable for the engine ground and 2 gauge for the body and frame grounds. Solid copper ends are soldered and crimped on for the best connection, then adhesive lined shrink is installed for protection. I then install flame retardant loom and boots for the battery and alternator. I supply a new clamp for the starter cable to frame and new battery hardware.

I have made the the following upgraded alternator cables to
replace the undersized factory cable.
The real issue with these vehicles is the undersized alternator
cable. The factory cable is not large enough to keep up with the
alternator output under extreme load conditions. If you have done
any stereo upgrades you must upgrade the alternator cable !
This cable is made with 2 gauge copper cable. Solid cooper
ends are soldered then crimped on for the best connection, adhisive
lined shrink tubing is installed for protection and a new boot
for the alternator.
