Battery Cables
Upgrade your MK1,MK2,MK3 battery cables. This is a complete set
positive and ground cables.
I make these cables using 1/0 gauge copper cable for the starter,
the ground is 1/0 gauge copper cable for the engine, transmission,
2 gauge cooper cable to the chassis and also includes a 8 gauge
copper cable alternator ground. Also includes a 2 gauge alternator
cable with protective loom installed for cars
with 90amp alt with 8mm stud and new loom. Solid copper ends are soldered and
"HEX" crimped for the best connection, then adhesive
lined shrink tubing is installed for protection.
Battery cables 1/0 and 2 gauge are: SAE J-1127
Battery cable 8 gauge is: SAE J-1128
MK4 Battery Cables
Upgrade your MK4 battery cables. This is a complete set
positive and ground cables.
I make these cables using 1/0 gauge copper cable for the starter,
the ground is 1/0 gauge copper cable for the engine,
1/0 gauge cooper cable to the chassis and also includes a 8 gauge
copper cable for coil and T/B ground. Also includes a 2 gauge alternator
cable with protective loom installed and 2 gauge fuse box cable. Solid copper ends are soldered and
"HEX" crimped for the best connection, then adhesive
lined shrink tubing is installed for protection.
(note my alternator cable does not replace the factory cable)

MK5 Rabbit and Jetta 2.5ltr Grounding Kit
This kit will make sure you have good grounds for proper lighting and engine performance. It comes with a 2 gauge cable to go from the factory upper battery ground stud down to the lower body/engine ground stud, 8 gauge cable for the alternator, throttle body, and cylinder head, all ends are soldered and crimped for the best electrical and mechanical connections with adhisive lined shrink tubing to help protect the connection then factory style loom is installed for cable protection.

Mk4 Fuse Box Cable
This 2 gauge fuse box cable is a replacement for the stock undersized 6 gauge cable. If your cable is damaged or you just want to upgrade you can replace it with this upgraded cable. The cable is made with 2 gauge cable that is hex crimped with heat shrink added.

VR6 & R32 body and engine grounding kit.
I make this grounding kit using 4 gauge copper cable, for the
battery to body and battery to valve cover with a 8 gauge cable
going to the throttle body. All connectors are "HEX"
crimped and soldered for the best connection then adhesive lined
shrink tubing is installed for protection. Flame retardant loom
is installed to also help protect the cables.

Headlight Harness
I make my headlight harness so you can upgrade your bulbs or
headlights without running the risk of burning up your factory
wiring or headlight switch.
My harness is a plug and play unit, no holes to drill or wires
to cut !
I use 10 gauge wire from the battery to the 30 amp auto reset
circuit breakers and to the 40 amp relays. 12 gauge wire runs
from the relays to the headlight sockets, wire is run through
a black sheathing for protection. All connectors are crimped and
soldered. The power and ground wires mount to the battery to get
the best possible connections.
Available for, A1, A2, and A3 cars(A3 with lowline headlights, single 9007 bulbs)
All wire is: SAE J-1128
Relays are Meyle, made in Germany

9004 to H4 Harness
This will plug into your factory 9004 headlight harness and into a H4 bulb. Made with 14 gauge SXL wire. All terminals are crimped and soldered. Great for when you are switching from US 9004 headlights to the European H4 headlights.

Jetta MK4 Headlight Socket and Wires
This is a replacement as well as a upgraded headlight socket for your Jetta MK4. This headlight socket has full contact terminals that are crimped and soldered on, 14 gauge SXL wire and factory terminals that are crimped and soldered on so you can plug this right into the headlight housing socket.
